Details
Today, on 25.04.2022, a mobile court was conducted in different areas of Sadar Upazila on the initiative of District Administration, Lalmonirhat and BSTI Divisional Office, Rangpur. As there is no BSTI standard certificate in the said court, in the relevant section of BSTI Act-2016, 1) Faiza Food (Lachcha Semai), owner Babel Akhtar Sheesh, Shahjalal Market, Sadar, Lalmonirhat 15,000 / -, 2) Baishakhi Suites (Yogurt), Mission Mor , Sadar, Lalmonirhat was fined a total of 25,000 / - including 10,000 / -. The mobile court was conducted by the wise Executive Magistrate Mr. Md. Al Amin Haldar, DC Office, Lalmonirhat. The Prosecutor was Mr. Md. Delwar Hossain, Field Officer (CM), BSTI Divisional Office, Rangpur.
