Mobile court
Details
A mobile court is run in the metropolis of Rangpur district under the initiative of BSTI Divisional Office, Rangpur. In the said court, BSTI does not have a CM license for hair oil products but M/s Pure Hat Food and Cosmetic, Parbatipur, Upshahar, Mahanagar, Rangpur, was fined 25,000/- under Section 27 of BSTI Act-2018 for using the logo. Mahmud Hasan Mridha, Executive Magistrate, City Corporation, Rangpur was in charge of the operation. Mr. Marufa Begum, Field Officer (CM) BSTI Divisional Office, Rangpur acted as prosecuting officer. This campaign of BSTI, Rangpur will continue in public interest.
