As part of the regular activities of BSTI to ensure accuracy in weight and measurement and prevention of adulteration in food items, a mobile court was conducted in different areas of Thakurgaon Sadar on 10.04.2022 at the initiative of District Administration, Thakurgaon and BSTI Divisional Office, Rangpur. In that court (1) a fine of Rs. 2) The biscuit product produced by Omar Food Products, BSIC Shi / A, Sadar, Thakurgaon was produced in unhygienic and dirty environment and a fine of Rs. - (Thirty five thousand rupees) is fined. Also the measurements of Diesel, Petrol and Octane 03 units of Messrs. RN Filling Station, Shibganj, Sadar, Thakurgaon were found to be correct. The mobile court was conducted by the wise Executive Magistrate Mr. Jannatul Ferdous Happy, Executive Magistrate, Deputy Commissioner's Office, Thakurgaon. Mr. Md. Mesbah-ul-Hasan, Field Officer (CM) and Mr. Mithun Kabiraj, Inspector (Metrology), BSTI Divisional Office, Rangpur acted as Prosecuting Officers.
