Today 10/08/2022 AD. On the initiative of BSTI Divisional Office, Rangpur and Upazila Administration, Palashbari, Gaibandhar, a mobile court was conducted in Palashbari. In the said court, 1) New Dhaka Bakery (Biscuit), Griridharipur, Palashbari, Gaibandha was fined 30,000/- as per section 15 of BSTI Act 2018 for illegal use of trademark, 2) FR Traders, Griridharipur, Palashbari, Gaibandha ( (battery water and toilet cleaner) for not having a CM license, the factory was sealed and ordered to test samples of the seized goods. The mobile court was managed by Md. Kamruzzaman, Upazila Nirbahi Officer and Executive Magistrate, Palashbari, Gaibandha. The prosecutor was Md. Delwar Hossain, Field Officer, BSTI Divisional Office, Rangpur. This operation of BSTI, Rangpur will continue for public interest.
